HSMAI will be bringing together hotel executives, DMO’s and their partners for our annual Marketing Strategy Conference on September 28th in Dallas, TX. A number of signature executive events will be co-located with the conference bringing together Chief Marketing Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Loyalty Officers and executives from independent resorts discussing best practices during one day roundtable sessions.

Partnership opportunities have been updated to adapt to our current industry landscape and the continual recovery of hospitality in 2021. We have partnership opportunities available for each of our events for this week, but all positions can be bundled or customized. We are excited to get people back to in-person events and look forward to finding the best positioning options for our partners to get in front of their current and future hotel clients.

 We anticipate smaller audiences for the Marketing Strategy Conference compared to previous years, but we do know it will be qualified target audiences with current and active leaders from hotel brands, management companies and ownership groups bringing their teams to these unique events.

Conference attendees are responsible for leading marketing, distribution, and ecommerce for brands, management companies and ownership groups, independent hotels, and resorts. The conference is also of interest to partner companies serving the digital marketing industry, including consultants, technology vendors and companies providing products and services for digital marketing execution and reporting. The 2020 conference held record attendance with 370 attendees. Of the hotel attendees, 67% hailed from the corporate offices of brands, management companies and ownership groups representing 73 unique hotel companies and 63 independent properties.

EXECUTIVE ROUNDTABLES

A select thought leadership opportunity – sponsor an executive roundtable for senior leaders of hotel companies

HSMAI Executive Roundtables are networks of like-minded senior hotel leaders that meet periodically at face-to-face forums. The by-invitation-only executive roundtables in Dallas, TX will host 15-20 senior executives, each responsible for a leading hotel brand or hotel management company’s marketing, loyalty and digital strategy and execution.

Attendee Scholarship

The HSMAI Conference Scholarship Fund directly supports the educational mission of HSMAI by providing access to the conference experience for qualified hotel sales, marketing, and revenue management professionals who otherwise may not be able to attend due to financial or other extenuating circumstances. Each scholarship consists of one complimentary registration to the conference. Your company’s support will make it possible for 10 industry professionals to attend the Revenue Optimization Conference.

  • Opportunity to identify five (5) individuals to be specifically recruited by HSMAI through the scholarship program
  • Pre-event recognition in a press release announcing the program and call for applications

CHDM Review Course – 1 available

Support professionals seeking their professional digital marketing certification by sponsoring the Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) Review Course co-located with the Marketing Strategy Conference and held the day prior to the conference.
